Filing of Prices

Each handler, handler-distributor or distributor shall file with the Commissioner a complete schedule of wholesale prices for the sale of milk or milk products in the marketing area in which such sales are being made.

In a review of your current price posting on file with the Commissioner’s office it has been noted you have not updated your pricing in some time.

Please review your current pricing on file with the Commissioner’s office and if changes need to be made please submit the updated price schedule for review and approval to this office. If your pricing is current, please resubmit the price schedule with a current date to this office for review and approval.
